When the owner call me to doubled my time, my modeling of very sections is not so detailed that's why my works look hideous. A Three Storey Mix-use Building

This 3 storey mix-use building in Minapasok Calatraba Neg. Occ. is the first high rise in the area located right in front of a public market. The facade is designed by Me, I also modeled and rendered using CAD and a little re-touchment  in Photoshop for a final result. This is my first project in Calatraba since it is located in the highland part of Negros Island 72 km from City of Bacolod. The contractor is Benitua Construction, a small size contractor and subcontractor in Bacolod City.

Coruna residence in Marina home Subd. Brgy. Lag-asan Bago City Neg. Occ. A bungalow type low cost house with a floor area of 56 sq.m. 2 bedrooms, a laundry area and open garage. Modeled and rendered in CAD finished in Photoshop.

Proposed OMF Bookstore

This OMF Bookstore is Located within the mall somewhere in Parañaque city Philippines. This is my first rendered from Manila, since I started for this kind of work. Everything is done by Cad from modeling to rendering, and a bit of re-touch in photoshop its easy and simple.

An elegant type of low cost residential building in Sta Monica Subd. Brgy. Tabigue E.B Magalona Neg. Occ. is owned by Caratoa Family. The facade is a combination of modern and conventional design incorporate with bricks, glass and galvanized tile roofing. The floor area is 63 sq.m. consist of porch, living, dining, a 3 bed, common T&B, kitchen and laundry area.

A 4 Bedroom Estoesta's Residence, Calinog Iloilo

A four Bedroom middle class Estoesta residence located at Calinog Iloilo, is 174 sq.m. floor area built on a 412 sq.m. lot. The plan consist of master's bedroom with toilet and bath, three regular bedrooms with a common toilet and bath, maid's room, a wide living area, a dining with mini bar thru kitchen, a garage, dirty kitchen, stockroom and laundry area.
